Reason for data processing
The reason for the processing of your personal data is to provide public information.
Legal basis for the data processing
We process your personal data pursuant to Art. 6(1c) of the GDPR, in connection with the Act of 6 September 2001 on access to public information. Providing personal data resulting from the provisions of law is mandatory.
Data retention period
Your personal data will be stored for 5 years from the date of the answer to the application to provide public information.
Data recipients
The recipients of your data shall be entities authorised to have data disclosed to them in accordance with the provisions of the law. Public bodies that may receive personal data for specific legal proceedings are not deemed to be recipients. Personal data may also be entrusted to entities who perform services for the Administrator.
Rights of persons
You have the right to: the protection of your personal data, to request access to it, copy and correct it, delete it and/or limit its processing by bringing a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (PUODO).
