Reason for data processing

The reason for the processing of your personal data is to ensure the safety of employees, non-employees and the protection of property in the area covered by the monitoring surveillance.

Legal basis for the data processing

We process your personal data pursuant to Art. 6(1e) of the GDPR, i.e. the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority by the administrator entrusted with it, in accordance with the Act of 26 June 1974 (Labour Code) and the Act of 5 June 1998 on voivodship local government.

Data retention period

Your personal data will be stored for a maximum of 3 months from the date when the recording is made, save as otherwise provided in separate provisions of the law.

Data recipients

The recipients of your data shall be entities authorised to have data disclosed to them in accordance with the provisions of the law. Public bodies that may receive personal data for legal proceedings are not deemed to be recipients. Personal data may also be entrusted to entities who perform services for the Administrator.

Rights of persons

You have the right to: the protection of your personal data, to request access to it, copy and correct it, delete it  and/or limit its processing by bringing a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (PUODO).
