Reason for data processing
The reason for the processing of your personal data is to is to carry out student internship.
Legal basis for the data processing
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1c) of the GDPR in connection with the Act of 27 July 2005 on higher education. Providing personal data resulting from the provisions of law is mandatory. In the case of any voluntary providing of data other than that resulting from the law above, the basis for the data processing is Art. 6(1a) of the GDPR, i.e. consent expressed through the voluntary providing of this data to us.
Data retention period
Your personal data will be stored for 3 months from the end of the internship for the purposes of its completion and for 3 years to secure possible claims.
Data recipients
The recipients of your data shall be entities authorised to have data disclosed to them in accordance with the provisions of the law. Public bodies that may receive personal data for legal proceedings are not deemed to be recipients. Personal data may also be entrusted to entities who perform services for the Administrator.
Rights of persons
You have the right to: the protection of your personal data, to request access to it, copy and correct it, delete it and/or limit its processing by bringing a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (PUODO). (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, e-mail: kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl).
Furthermore, in respect of the data processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent by sending an appropriate request to our e-mail or postal address. The result of the withdrawal of consent shall be that we cannot process this data.
