Reason for data processing
The reason for the processing of your personal data is to is to carry out the responsibilities of the employer, including, but not limited to: management of employee records, applying for social insurance, ensuring safety of work, social protection.
Legal basis for the data processing
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1c) of the GDPR in connection with the Act of 26 June 1974 (Labour Code) and the Act of 21 November 2008 on the civil service. Providing personal data resulting from the provisions of law is mandatory.
In the case of any voluntary providing of data other than that resulting from the law above (e.g. telephone number), the basis for the data processing is Art. 6(1a) of the GDPR, i.e. consent expressed through the voluntary providing of this data to us.
Data retention period
Your personal data will be stored for 10 years from the calendar year when your employment from the date of the termination of your employment, unless the law provides for a longer period of storing employee records.
