Reason for data processing
The reason for the processing of your personal data is to carry out the contract and/or take action prior to the signing of a contract.
Basis for data processing
We process your personal data pursuant to Art. 6(1b) of the GDPR, in connection with the Act of 23 April 1964 (Civil Code) and the Act of 13 October 1998 on the social insurance system. Providing personal data resulting from the provisions of law is mandatory.
Data retention period
Your personal data will be stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year when your contract was terminated or to the end of the warrantee/guarantee covered by the contract, unless the law provides for a longer period of storing this data.
The recipients of your data shall be entities authorised to have data disclosed to them in accordance with the provisions of the law. Public bodies that may receive personal data for concrete legal proceedings are not deemed to be recipients. Personal data may also be entrusted to entities who perform services for the Administrator.
Rights of persons
You have the right to: the protection of your personal data, to request access to it, copy and correct it, delete it and/or limit its processing by bringing a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (PUODO).
