The reason for the processing of your personal data is to get in touch with the Data Protection Inspector.
Basis for data processing
We process your personal data pursuant to Art. 6(1a) of the GDPR, i.e. consent expressed by the intentional transfer of this data to us. Disclosing this data is voluntary, but necessary in order to contact the Data Protection Officer.
Data retention period
Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent in order to contact the Data Protection Officer and for 5 years after the withdrawal of your consent for archival purposes and/or to secure possible claims.
Data recipients
The recipients of your data shall be entities authorised to have data disclosed to them in accordance with the provisions of the law. Public bodies that may receive personal data for specific legal proceedings are not deemed to be recipients. Personal data may also be entrusted to entities who perform services for the Administrator.
Rights of persons
You have the right to: the protection of your personal data, to request access to it, copy and correct it, delete it and/or limit its processing by bringing a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (PUODO).
